The story

The story begins with three close friends: Theodor Lotz, Anton Stadler and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The first a prodigious instrument-maker, the second an immense virtuoso, the last so famous he needs no introduction.
“For Stadler, the miracle from Bohemia, there were shouts of bravo from the stalls and even from the orchestra!” W.A. Mozart

La Sinfonie Bohémienne is about re-spinning the spell of this encounter unique in the history of music, about getting back to fineness of timbre, to warmth of friendship, conviviality, and complicity in music between artists and artisans, about re-staking the same bid for excellence these friends made in their own time.
